I guess until I understand how you add a home listing to a site I cannot realize if this would work.

I would agree with most people here. Google doesn't like autosubmitters. Its tagged as black hat SEO. Not good in the long run.

If you want to play with automatic backlink take a look on fiverr.... I don't use that because i'm sur the next google will take it so .... It's a dangerous game. But 2 of competitors are above me in google so ...
I wouldn't recommend this.

It's part of Black Hat SEO, and Google penalizes websites that engage in this kind of link building. Instead of helping you, it will actually hurt your rankings, and that's something that is very hard to recover from.

It is really understandable that you want a lot of links. We all do. I've found the best way to get links is organically, by writing great content. I do it about Austin Real Estate on my website, and I also try to be as helpful to people as I possibly can be.

This kind of relationship building doesn't always get me a link, but that's part of the game.
I completely agree with you, submissions using this tools are not healthy to increase the ranking and traffic of your website. Manual submissions are very much helpful as compared to the submissions using any tools.

This is one of the Black Hat Technique, which will affect the ranking of your website.

Auto link submitter systems are not only potentially harmful to your ranking but also don't work as well. A few links from a few reputable websites will do more good

That may have worked many years ago, but Google has since caught on to things like that. Lots of spammy links won't do you any good; instead, focus on getting quality backlinks from authority sites.

There are software's like GSA search engine which will help you to build links automatically, but as every one knows that will effect your sites ranking are the quality of backlinks are not that good from automated software.
All-tho you can you the automated link building stats for your third tire back links if you use tired link building.

I'm still not clear on exactly what you are looking for. If you want to submit your website to directories, I agree with almost everyone on here, and think that's a bad idea. If you are looking for a way to get your listings out to as many sites as possible so that a potential buyer might find it, you can use a syndication website that will share that info. In fact, it's likely your Broker will already have an arrangement with a big syndicator like Trulia or maybe someone else who will spread your listing info across 20 some odd different sites.

Admittedly, I am not an expert on SEO or websites, but it seems that using all of these automated tools that I hear people talking about could easily lead to things getting out of control. I know of an agent here in town who set everything up on auto pilot, and it worked well for a few months, and then Google crushed his site, turns out he didn't know what he had signed up for and the footprints he left were super obvious.

Do NOT do this, Google hates this and you will pay the price. You may get your site wiped out by Google. Back links need to look natural and an auto submitter will get you in big trouble.

Hi,

I suggest you to do manual link submission beacuse auto link submitter will not give you good amount of backlinks and this may effect on your web page SERP

Thanks.

Just my two cents worth - auto-submitting property links to directories may be a bit harder these days, with CAPTCHA verification being commonplace. I guess manual work is still the way to go for now - just outsource the work to someone Fiverr or Upwork!

if you're deciding to auto submit links to thousands of sites than if you get cheap and non relevant link in larger sums than your site will not going to rank for permanent in google
