Hi all- I have been reading for a while now and can't seem to find my particular issue, so I apologize if I am missing what I am looking for.
I am in the process of buying a house and the sellers realtor has relisted the house (while I am under contract!) in an effort to find another buyer so she doesn't have to sign another extension. She also claimed to have a copy of the appraisal for a "new buyer" and sent to them (as an "appraisal") my Underwriting Conditional Approval, which was shared with her previously. Where she attempted to conceal all info other than appraisal amount, I can see right through the marker and read every character.
Should I be as mad as I am about this as I am?
