I guess more useful content on website would surely help our clients. I would suggest more clear info. we give more easier would be for our clients to make their choice. Also use social media to make relation with clients not just sell things.

Thanks,

You certainly have to cover your keywords just to get them in front of people via search engines. Then, it's another battle to get readers. You can't go wrong with content. You need it to rank.

[quote=WendyMorrisHomes]I have a blog on my website but should I post more content about Clermont foreclosures, short sales and bank owned real estate? I feel that maybe clients are turned off by the complexity of these sales but I am not sure if more info would turn them on or off since they do typically take more time and work than common sales.

Hi WendyMorrisHomes,

If you're planning to have a blog page or any content to your site, I would suggest to make it as simple as possible. Visitors tend to bounce everytime especially if they bumped up to a page that they don't quite have their hands on, if you know what i mean. Contents serve as the bridge to you and your clients, giving your clients what they want by putting non-complex contents to your site, contents that they can immediately get once they've read the first paragraph of the content will surely get your sales and reputation up in no time.

Cheers!

Love

Hello,
Every one suggest you very good. You have to post regular bases on your website not daily, once in a week. It is good for website. Put some new fresh informative regarding to your business or what come new in your business etc. Don't put lots of keywords. 2 keyword are sufficient. All the best...
Thanks

Yes, you should use other resources also, I don't think only blog is sufficient to provide you enough traffic. Do proper on page with stuffig more keywords to create more similarity with search engine. And create more backlinks also.

Most Probably, i noticed that buyers always read reviews. If the product is Good and it got Good Reviews then it will be a good chance to convert into lead.

Do not use content from other websites unless you have IDX Blogger platform where you can add listings around a article.

For instance if you lived in SF Mission District you could write up SF Mission district page title - put Content in there about mission district a few links to mission district websites and then add only mission district listings that where titled in the mission district. That is the best way.

The same can be done with Foreclosures in the mission district. You then can add homes in the IDX REO/Default and so forth. That is how you get first page on Google and drive leads organically.

If your pages are done right. You then can do PPC and the quality score of the page should get you a top page of ads and more....

Got it? Any questions ask.

the main purpose of blogging is the content for organic search results.
Write articles with SEO in mind. Use analytics to see what blog posts people are going to, if there is a good topic on your page that a lot of people seem to be visiting, make sure it is good, easy to read content. Bounce rate plays a part and finding that fine line between keyword stuffing and writing readable, informative content is a skill.

The content for a blog is important for search engine optimization to get your pages ranked for real estate related keywords, and then visitors can find your actual services from those blog postings.

I think it's more important to have those posts designed well so that it drives traffic to where you can pick up leads.

people now tend to get lazy in reading. They want to know right away the things they are searching for.
