Has anyone done BPO's for SingleSource Property Solutions? Just had a request to do a BPO. Do they pay? I've been doing work for ClearCapital and EmortgageLogic. Both are great to work with and have always payed. Would appreciate any info on SingleSource.

Has anyone worked with this company yet? I completed a BPO for them about a week ago, and received another order today. I'm just wondering if anyone out there knows if they will pay.

They do pay, but it takes about 2 months. I've done several for them, and it seems like every one has had address/ownership issues, or couldn't be viewed. the reps usually try hard to get more info so the order can be completed, but a few have been cancelled. Online forms ok- not my favorites, but better than others.

We also do quite a bit of work for SS. Slower than average to pay, but you DO get paid. Nice reps - easy to work with. Not my favorite form and they like extra pics, but usually take all of their orders.

Good people to work for. AM are great, willing to help and respond quickly. They are slow to pay, but you do get paid.

I have never had any problem with them. They take about 60 days to pay and they do give out listings.

I used to do bpos for them, they take about 60 days to pay. As far as getting the ameriquest listing, I've been given different excuses on the listing opportunity for the bpo. I'm getting too many other bpos from other companies so I really don't like dealing with them. They may say if you get the bpo, you'll get the listing, & they may also tell you that the listing may go to another agent who has been with them longer than you.
