What are the legal requirements that an agent needs on their website? Would those requirements be different on a landing page ? particularly in GA

Every State, Commonwealth and Province has their own rules and guidelines regarding what is and is not permissible . . . . here in Vermont the State's Real Estate Commission even dictates the prominence or print size (in Picas) for printing information about an "Agent" versus that about his "Broker" or how to clearly differentiate between information displayed on the page about his own Listings versus that describing Listings of another Cooperating MLS Agency.

Some jurisdictions also mandate that certain information be present and OBVIOUS to the visitor . . . . like the physical address of the Brokerage, and/or the License Number among others.

I'd recommend that you check in with the Georgia Real Estate Commission BEFORE investing much work in such a WebPage . . . . and why Georgia IF you're in Texas ?
