John, that's correct. Average cost to physically stage a home is around $3000, whereas most homes can be virtually staged for around $300. Plus virtual staging give you much more furniture and decor choice.

We agree. And digital home staging costs only a fraction of actual home staging. That's why it's growing so rapidly.

That is correct. 90% of buyers cannot visualize vacant spaces as furnished. And most buyers cannot look past poorly furnished spaces. Digital home staging is a great way to show the the true potential of a home to future buyers.
