Just jump in with both feet Spencer. When you are face to face with a client you want to be he most informed agent they will speak to. Your market will provide much of that info, but the study material will help as well (I'm guessing). Knowing the procedure to get a Calvet loan, understanding disclosure requirements, when is MIP required what about PMI, all these things (and many, many more) will come up, and if you can articulate an informed response you'll sound more credible.
