I have a list of 3000 homeowners in my geographic area. The list contains ages for the homeowners ranging from 25-29 to 70-74. It also includes the approximate home value, the year the home was built, and the number of people in the home.

Would it be worth it to focus on a "senior transitions package" at the expense of simply contacting a variety of the 3000 homeowners to see if they would like a home evaluation to determine what they could get for their home in today's market?

The senior transitions package includes:

Help you plan your next home.
Assist in downsizing your possessions.
List and sell your home for you.
Coordinate your entire move for you.

I am basically trying to find out if these senior transition programs are popular, or if they are just handy for when you run across an older adult or older couple who want to downsize now that all the kids are grown and out of the house.

Only if you represent an Assisted Living concern or a Nursing Home.

I think you'll irritate the bulk of them; or bite off more free work than you can handle.

So the "senior transitions" thing is simply nice to have on hand in case it is needed, as opposed to being something that seniors often use.

Is that correct?
