Hi everyone,

I've noticed a drop off across the board in volume in the last two months. Anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks

I have noted a large drop in volume over the last two months. Especially last month. EML, CC, MCS, Xome, Service Link. Any ideas as to why?

Same here, volume is down across the board. I'm wondering if it is election related.

Yep it's true. My guy at Servicelink told me it's all across the country. I think it's definitely Election related. Glad it's over today so we can get on with it.

Now that nar has given the banks and asset managers access to avm's through rpr, the need for bpo's will eventually disapear. This is why some asset companies only request photos and inspections, they are doing their own bpos using rpr. Nar has betrayed.

November is going to be my worst month in 3 years. It has still not picked up.

Agree, NAR did not have interests of its members in mind. It is a complete scam.

Who allowed or voted for the RPR access? How do we get rid of NAR?

BPO's are on life support with no sign of recovery. Figure out another way or perish.
