often times on here, someone will give advice.....when they give that advice, i'll ask something like:

"how many active listings do you have right now?"
"how many of your listings are currently under contract?"

after doling out advice to someone who might use your information to spend their money, is it not a legit question to ask. I mean, to want to know if the person giving advice on what stock to buy puts their money into that stock makes sense.

like imagine this:
stockbroker: i got the hottest stock, you got to get into now for 5k
you: wow, that sounds awesome, do you put your money there
stockbroker: no way, i lost out last time i did it, but im selling stock, not buying it

see where im going with that? i could have used 10 different examples or put more time into it, but you get the idea.

its imo, a legit question, what are your thoughts?

They don't answer these types of questions for the exact reason you state. They are typically selling somthing they know nothing about.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
