Is it okay, if I take listings from other agencies and put them on my website in an effort to attract someone who is looking for a buyers agent? So, for example....

A home is listed by XYZ Realty with MR. Listing as the listing agent. Can I, Mr. Man from ABC Realty, looking to attract a home buyer for this property and be that person buyers agent, post that listing on my website?

Do you work under the supervision of a Principal Broker in Colorado ?

S/he ought to be able to educate you on this matter.

Otherwise, the Real Estate Laws, Rules and Regulations regulate your activity, and you'll probably need the permission of the Listing Agent for each such Listing you wish to advertise . . . . and I think it would be wise to always get that permission "in writing".
