I would suggest that you guys change your profile. Try to dress it up with some marketing examples, sales awards, reo experience, ect. I purchased about nine additional zip codes. My profile has been visited 19 times. I signed up with them in early July and last week got an email through the reotrans system from FIL assigning me TWO LISTINGS! The asset manager said she liked my profile and was hoping that I was available. I have followed their instructions in reotrans - i.e. checking occupancy, re-keying, utilities and bpo. Now I am just waiting on them to settle on a list price. So far, so good.

I signed up for 8-10 zipcodes in February of this year, zero calls , zero business. It's inexpensive, but it does not produce any business. I think they make it so inexpensive and make money on the volume of Realtors that sign up and pay $10-$15 per month

I thought my profile is good, but if you don't mind making any suggestions they would be greatly appriciated "I have been a REALTOR since 2000. In '05 I received my Brokers license. I have sold many Foreclosures & Short Sales. I have a powerful marketing system that will SELL your homes. http://www.JoeRealEstateFW.com" I also have my photo posted on my profile. As far as my area, I have all of the county I work. I could expand it to a few more counties, but don't want to spend the money if I am not getting results. The area I have has hundreds of foreclosures, it's not like i am in the middle of nowhere

Reotrans - my first bpo order

Just received my first bpo order through Reotrans.
I need help with reading the message or maybe the message is just that I have a bpo order; I don't know. I am looking for an order form or something to that effect that tells me what photos they want and specific instructions for the bpo from the lender. I have tried everything logical.
I can't seem to read anything that tells me what photos to take.
I will probably take address verification, front house, side of house, street scene, across the street in front of the house and street sign just to cover everything, but is there a order form with specific instructiosn from the lender?
YOu can PM if you want. But I need some help. I also emailed support@reotrans too, but it is Saturday 10/20 and someone may not reply until MOnday. I want to get this bpo done today.
Thanks.

Papa, check the previous post on Reo trans. Other agents were asking the same question and I believe they got it figured out. I only skimmed the post, so I don't remember the answer.

Amplet I PM'd you.
Does anybody who uses REOTRANS know where the order form is specifying where the photo requirements are or what the other requirements of this lender are? Please advise. PM if necessary. I am searching this board and can't locate anything. Also I have time constraints right now and can't read all the REOtrans postings to find this answer.

Got my first order from them this morning. Picture requirements were included in a confirmation email from the asset company, it came about 2 hours after I accepted. As for the amount of pictures once you are in the system, it does state a minimum of 12 on the left had side, but to right of that it will say how many are required to upload for that particular order, in my case 9 pictures total, 3 of subject, 3 listing and 3 sales. It counts down for you as to how left you need to upload.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
