Can't save to your own PC, but you can submit when you complete the form, I think.

There should be a save button at the bottom of the last page of the form. You can work on it, save it and then come back to it later. However, once you submit it, it's gone from your computer.
A word of caution for someone who just finished their first bpo for reotrans-budget enough time to finish it. It took me longer than the CC or LandAmerica form.
And, no, there are no instructions.

Also, you should be able to locate a form that has your subject property's address filled in. I think you go to the "assigned tasks" button at the top and then click around until you find a live link with the bpo form. I agree there is a learning curve with the form.

No but is coming up to that time of month. Noticed on my posting board that they are usually sent out between the 16th thru the 21st. At least with Equity Pointe

It says that they have ordered 2 interior BPOs and that I am being considered for the listing? is that my compensation? a 50% chance for a listing?

I have over 360 Views and not one listing. The only thing I get is EP BPO's and now that they left and went to Quandis I don't see any point in paying for someone to look but not touch my profile. I can spend that money hiring a flyer guy for my farms.

I got a $100 bpo from a certain mtg co (no I won't say who) from my REOTrans acct, but they called me directly. They swear I am up for the next listing in my area, but fear that they are scared I might actually SELL a house, whereas their current agents seem to prefer to LIST.

Several (unfortunately) use that platform. Personally I hate it to the point where I might start declining listings that require using it.

I've gotten 1 BPO which could have turned into a listing but the competing agent got the listing. Unfortunately, I have to drive past the darn thing everytime I go home.

I got an email saying there was a bpo posted in my area and to login to the site to accept. Funny thing is, I was already on the site so I refreshed.

I saw the bpo listed but it was already taken. I received the email notification at 12:14 am and the bpo says it was posted at 4:04 pm the previous day. Funny as HELL. It was not posted at 4:04 pm because I had checked throughout the day.

WTF??...an 8 hour time lag?
