No I did not submit any invoice and when I emailed the contact she just said make sure that the W9 is uploaded to the reotrans site.

Well thats odd because I called them (E.P.) yesterday about pmt for bpo's done in October and I was told that I had to submit them in the expense section. She said once I did that I should have my check by the end of December.

My work was straight bpos, not a bpo for a reo listing -- if that makes any difference.

I am noticing different responses from different people to the same question; that is a sign to me that the company is unreliable. We will see if I get a check by Xmas.

From reading here I've noticed that you can sign up two ways: as a vendor and as an agent (can do both?). I am signed up as an agent. Perhaps we need to be signed up as a vendor too in order to submit invoices for payment. I have looked everywhere on the REOTrans site once I am logged in for an expense section. No such link.

I just don't know if we sign up as a vendor now if we can submit past work done under the agent login.

Any thoughts from anyone?

UPDATE: I got a check for October orders today from Equity Pointe. A very good sign. Don't know if my phone call last week prompted it, as I never finished my conversation with the person I spoke with (they kept me on hold for a long time), but I got a check. So, I am guessing January for my November orders.

At least I know I will eventually get paid.

I recieved my check from Equity Pointe today also without calling them.
Now If I could only get some more orders from them.

I received a check today from Equity Pointe for 2 of 5 orders recently completed.

Accredited Home Lenders uses REOtrans as well. I recently had to sign up with them and now have to learn all the ins and out so I can start placing orders on there. I handle preserving all of their abandoned foreclosures and now we just picked up REO. I am getting my dad (a broker) set up on there so I can try to get him listings.

\There is a system on the site you are suppose to use to (I guess you can say invoice). You have to go to expenses and add the payment you agreed to, to expenses. I also with any compnany follow up with the asset manager. I have not had a problem yet hope this helps.

They have paid me for all orders now. They seem to request orders the same time every month (i.e., 19th-20th)

Anyone having problems getting on to REOTrans this evening? Site seems to have been down for at least 4 hours tonight and I have several tasks due this evening too! Damn.

I get into the habit of saving, then reentering the site while completing my BPOs. Today, I had entered all listing data for all three comps - went to save - and bang! Got that message and lost that data. Waited an hour, logged back in...and everything seemed to work fine until I tried saving the data I just inputted for the second time. Got that message again and have not been able to log in since. Perhaps filling out my BPO for a third time will be the charm. Damn that sucks! I hate having to reenter data on these forms. What a waste of time.
