That would be a question for Florida Attorneys . . . . but I doubt that it's illegal.
However, it's not good practice to reveal who all has inquired about a property, expressed interest, attended an Open House, or asked for a private showing. People expect that their confidentiality will be observed until they act to make a Formal Offer . . . . otherwise, they can be hounded forever as to why they did not do so.
Your Agent became too enthusiastic and should not have told you that the prospective Buyers were your Husband's Co-Workers . . . . I'd venture to say she regrets volunteering that information now.
