I just graduated with an accounting degree and thankfully have a job. But my first assignment is to find a buyer or tenants for an office warehouse building. I've made flyers and went door to door to almost every warehouse within a 10 mile radius of my boss's warehouse trying to find someone interested. I also got a data list of businesses that occupy warehouses and have been cold calling them. Nothing is working and I don't know what else to do. Our real estate agent has a listing on loopnet, but that doesn't seem to be helping either. Are there any other websites where I could post information on the property for free to attract the masses? The building is near the airport in Houston,TX so I assume there would have to be somebody interested.

Maybe instead of focusing on those businesses who already have a presence in Houston, you could try and identify those who use the airport for incoming cargo shipments, but don't already have a warehouse facility/terminal/hub to support their local operations ?

The Airport might even assist you in collecting the necessary information, as a function of their public relations.

Try to look for local forums, there are a lot of people there who might be interested in buying a property in this area

Maybe try something like Craigslist, social media, etc.

Are you searching for first time commercial real estate realtors services? So you can take a deep breath, I am looking for new business and i understand what you need. In my investing experience, Iíve found that there are certain situations when realtors are highly beneficial and others where they just arenít necessary. But in your case i recommend you to try Bullard Realty services they provides ton of great deals for commercial real estate at Tampa Bay area.

I think you seriously mis-read the OP's problem (or you didn't attempt to read it at all) !

He's an Agent, NOT an Owner; and both he and the Subject Property are located in Houston, Texas, NOT Tampa Bay.

And this issue was current over two (2) years ago !

Let me make sure I understand the considerations for meaningful posts:
1) Read the posts in the thread,
2) Consider geographical issues when offering a solution,
3) Confirm my understanding of the roles in the problem, and
4) Ensure that my post is timely to the thread.

That seems like waaaaaay too much work. laugh

What's wrong with just writing stuff like this poster did to get a post count up for a customer? ... or posting something like this old chestnut: "Your information is very intrepid in this uncertain time. The points are very well stated. Thank you for posting them. Many people will be greatly helped." shocked
