I am trying to find out if US Bank National Association is the same as US Banc? Their logos are very similar.

There is a home here about to be foreclosed on and the loan is with US Bank National Association. I want to find out which bank to contact to see if they will agree to sell the home before it is listed or if they can tell me who they give the listings to normally. Of course, this is assuming the owner does nothing between now and his court hearing.
