I've got an offer for a property and the AM faxed a counter-offer. "Seller's initials" are left blank. I can't reach the AM - even though it is on the banks letterhead, shouldn't it be initialled by someone?

No. In most all instances the bank will require that they be the last one to initial and sign. The buyers need to do their do, and email it back to the asset manager and the they will get the bank rep to sign it. Any inpection period does not begin until the date the bank rep signs the addendum.
