My leads come from 3 places
1. Open house registrations
2. Social sites (fb,Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, stitcher, Vimeo)
3. Inbound leads from my 9 websites.
-On average I see 30-100 people through an open house. 1 person = 1 registration. I do an open every weekend, holidays excluded.
-Social leads come in daily, usually 2-7 a day
-my sites generate anywhere from 8-15 a day.
All of those leads get imported into TPi8 where a drip campaign is started. Based upon phone conversations and drip emails they are divided into seller and buyer leads.
Those 2 categories are further broken down based on follow up. Are they a hot lead, lead that needs qualification, further nurturing, or are they long term.
I've created over 25 drips that they can be on. All of them have action plans from myself or my team. Phone calls, text messages, video emails, etc.
Right now there are 20,000+ people in my email list. I've been full time in real estate for 4 years, but have had my license for 7. I've had a team of 4-6 for 3.5 of them. We do very well in our area.
