I'm a new agent and have a FSBO prospect who needs to sel a house zoned commercial on the national historic registry. Any ideas for selling, or advice for me?
It was a museum and they purchased to revive, live in and run husband's computer business out of.

Have you studied how restrictive the covenants are for this property now that it's on the Registry . . . . what commercial activities might still be conducted there which would/could be attractive to business ?

Oftentimes, being on the Registry sounds nice, but really limits the attractiveness, or market, for a future sale.

Being zoned commercial opens a door that being on the Registry then shuts.
