kalizadeh Member Registered: 06/16/06 Posts: 19 Loc: Denver, Colorado	I requested a NOD packet from my title company for my farm area. One property came up. It was recorded 11/02/06. What would be the best way to approuch the home owner without getting a jab to the face. I think that could be a protential listing. Any advise would be appriciated.
