Um. This is weird. I got an order today, and went to do the preliminary fill in- the tax stuff on the subject, and to do a general search in the area. When I opened the order (FARVV, btw), it had photos attached. Only 2 of the 4 required. That is odd.

So I opened it all the way, and the form is filled in! Totally and completely full, comps, everything. It had "your distance from subject, 10" and "Years of experience- 14". Neither of those last two are correct, lol. :rolleyes:

What is that all about? I'm not about to slap my name on it and submit it- I'd rather pull my own comps. I'm going to call in the morning before I leave to do my weekend orders, but that is the first time I've seen that.

That happened to me once with RRReview. I just erased everything and did my own thing.

FARVV reissued the BPO to you because they had it assigned to someone that was unable to meet FARVV requirements. I have this happen often, never use the data in the report because the other agent obviously didn;t know what he/she was doing. Start from scratch and you should be alright.

Had the other side of this situation on Thursday. Had completed the form with pictures and sent it in...but I had crossed slightly over the time allowed and the computer that they have reassigned the order.

I emailed immediately.

Got a call on Friday morning. The other agent, like you, had opened the file to find it complete. But then just sent it back in as if they had done the work.

FARVV realized the mistake and reassign it to me. I could then just resend in the already filled in form.

A note with these guys. If you are running late you will typically get a warning that the order will be reassigned and to contact them immediately if you are still working on it. The probelm is that it seems that they don't always read their email and see that you have done just that.

So reply to the email and also go to the BPO section and hit the "Update" form as well and let them know when you will be getting it done. If it is reasonable they will usually give you til end of business day, sometimes more.

If you are really paranoid also give them a call.
