Just curious.... I have been doing BPO's for Mark to Market for years. Always a great company, always paid on time. Back in September of 2013 things changed. Company has not paid me for a very substantial amount of orders dating back 6 months now. Spoken many times with reps on phone, by email. Claim company switched payroll, located in a different state, blah, blah, blah. Bottom line is nothing but excuses and no check! I will be reporting them to the BBB among others. Last time this happened to me was UTLS which took me a year and a half to get paid but my attorney got it done and looks like i might be heading down that road again. Anyone else experiencing problems with them?

Same thing here as well. They had always paid like clockwork and I as well let the orders pile up from previous years of good reputation. Been told many times checks in the mail, have not received on my end. Good Luck

The company was sold last year, since then nothing but problems. I was owed about $800 for orders due in October. I have a rep I am on good terms with, he kept telling me it is coming. Finally in December, I got paid for everything I was due. So, I took more work. I am currently owed another 1K for work in December/January. I have been contacting my rep, he told me two weeks ago the checks were going out. Nothing came. He said, accounting couldn't get it done, and they would be going out later and that accounting was not responding to his emails. This company has always eventually paid, so I am hopeful, but if/when I get this check I am not taking any more from them, I have seen this pattern before in other companies.

I cut these guys off last year. They are a deadbeat, slow paying company. The worst part of them is that they will show you as paid, quite the contrary. Look at your profile and your pay, it will show you as paid even though you are not. They are not ethical. I fired them and told them to remove me from all correspondence.

SMG, this makes sense to me. I hung on one time too many. Back in December when I got payment for October orders my rep swore this was going to be resolved, he said they just were behind because the company was sold and they were merging two differnt companies, etc etc. So, I stupidly took another 1K worth of work. If I can just get this last check I won't work for them anymore. Its funny though, people are still taking there orders, I see dozens of orders a week flying around and people are grabbing them.

I got a paycheck today for $815 from M2M that brought me almost up date (still a few Jan/Feb orders out there). Still hard to imagine taking more work from them since it took almost 4 months to get this money.

People are funny like that. I've seen threads where agents are complaining about non-pay with a particular company, and someone will pipe in asking how one goes about signing up with them!

It makes your cost per order go way up when you have to invest time chasing your earnings. I want to work smart, be efficient and not chase my pay. Not to mention, one of these days they are going to fold up, I do not want to be owed when they do. They are not operating like a healthy mill. I fired them last fall, told them to take me off of their list.

Tab223 You had given me hope. Just to update no payment here as of yet. Wondering if your check was processed/cleared? No way at this point they are not going under. So Frustrating.

I don't know what to say, my check cleared. Immediately after I got it, I was contacted by a rep about taking more orders (they had dozens and dozens in my area). So, maybe they don't have as many agents here so they paid me hoping I would take more? No clue, I haven't taken any new work from them. I hope you get paid.

The only other thing I can say is that I had a contact at the company, a guy who had emailed me asking me to take an order and we had corresponded. I was emailing that guy every week asking when I would be paid, so eventually maybe they just paid me to shut me up?

For companies that become slow-pay or I suspect are going under, I limit orders to 1 per month or in M2M's case, 3-4 per quarter. I used to do about $500-600 per month with them.

I received a check from M2M last week for 3 orders completed in Dec/Jan. After I got the check, I accepted two orders within one week, both very close-by.

Orders then started pouring into my inbox. That actually worries me more as it looks like I was upgraded to their circular sucker file. Iíll continue to accept work from them, but only on a very limited basis.

They used to be a good company, so Iíve cut them some slack, but not at the expense of wasting more than a few hours of my time.

Thank you. I will start emailing and calling my rep more often. As Accounting Department will not answer any calls and redirects to my rep.anyway as it is.

Even though this mill and most others will most likely pay you, I have decided I do not want to work for any that I have to hound for my pay. Add this time and effort to the expenses you already accrue. The cost we spend per order jumps up when you factor in the phone calls, emails, etc. We all know what is worthwhile and what is not worthwhile when accepting an order. To me, if I have to invest time and energy into getting paid, it is just not worth my while. Too many other activities I can do to make money.

This may be completely unrelated, however, I have noticed that M2M has several management level and processor level employees that are from Evil Solutions. I will not post names on this forum, but if you are interested feel free to PM me and I can relate my findings. I personally find it ironic that they may be carrying on the Evil Solutions process of only paying vendors in areas that need help with work. In addition, M2M happens to be in Jacksonville, FL, where Evil was headquartered. Just my $.02.
