Got an email this afternoon stating "per our phone conversation, here is the order you accepted". Problem is, I haven't talked to them. Matter of fact, I've been out of the office and out of cell phone service all day today. Since the only contact number they have is my cell #......hmmmm......that seems odd.

I had an asset mgr authorize my request for an extension, however, I never asked for one. When I called to let her know that I didn't request the extension, she said that she got me confused with someone else. Hopefully your situation is due to human error. Keep us posted.
