What do you believe are the pros and cons of going with a new home builder (as a closing coordinator) versus doing BPO's full-time?

I guess it all depends on what you want to do with your career. Bpo's while paid well is a learning tool that no course can teach. Meaning you will slowly gain the market knowledge of your entire area inside and out. You will also know right away when the markets slows down and picks up again.

Good luck with your decision.

I'd think that with a little hustle you could do both... and I can't really see either one providing a good living. (I guess that depends on the volume of the builder)

I think as a closing coordinator, your time would belong to the home builder (a lot of time) and with BPO's you can make your own schedule.
