How many bpo's did you do for CC before getting your first Clarification? For me it has 4. On my 5 th one they returned it today and asked for clarification. Some of it were typ-o on my part. The other two are still pending. Hopefully I do not get anymore clarification request. \:\(

I got a clarification on my first few with them, but it was due to an area appriaser who was using non existing comps or comps that were way off. (10 acres of land instead of .75 acres), after the first few I have not had any so I am wondering if this guy is now no longer appraising.

You'll get clarifications from CC, no bigee. They're above average for asking for clarifications, but they're not the worst.

I actually did about 25 before I got a clarification and wondered what all the fuss was about. Then I got 2 in a row! so, go figure...

I've only ever gotten 2. One was because I went into the wrong folder to upload photos- how embarrassing! I switched them out and all was well. The other was because I had to extend my search area due to unusual features for the area. I was able to type a short explaination and it was accepted.

If you learn there system and how they want it laid to show to there client and put in explanations with anything out of the ordinary they will accept it.In the beginning i had a few clar. with them but now it rarely happens.

I've lost track of how many I've done but no clarifications yet. I put notes on anything outside of the norm. Going outside search radius or using different style homes etc. I did have a clarification from Greenlink last week because my street scene uploaded poorly. For some reason half the photo was distorted. I'm with Gary clarifications are no big deal. It shows they are doing a proper job for their clients.

I've done tons for CC before I got a clarification request. Now it seems I get one on every single BPO. And it's always dumb things, in my opinion. Like "tell us why the other BPO came in higher". How would I know what someone else's BPO came in higher?
