Does CC send out an email to everyone on their list for a specific zip code, or do they rotate sending them out to different groups?

A friend of mine got one that I didn't get the email on. Just curious.

Thanks!

I think they pick and choose. Not sure what makes them decide who gets what. A fried of mine is signed up with CC and we don't always get the same requests.

Thanks for the reply. I'd hate to think I messed up. Or that I'm ugly. Ok, the latter could be true, but I don't think I messed up. \:\)

The last time I spoke with someone from CC they said that they send them based on how close you are to the subject property. My orders with them have gone way down since they started doing it this way because they have very few orders in my zip code and the ones closest to me.

I've heard of them assigning based on zip code, but I don't think it's true. I get orders all over the county! I know another agent in my area who works for them and I get orders in their neighborhood many miles away.

The last time I spoke to them about it, I was told that they do assign based on zip code, but only send out requests to 3 vendors at a time. They are great to work with and pay the first week of the month.

I do work for them, but it appears you almost have to sit at your pc to catch one, I must miss about 4-5 a day, the email always comes about an hour after they send it

You can get an AudioVox 5600 windows-based cell phone for about $100 that will do the same as the more expensive phones. Also it does great at accessing the MLS system.

Sometimes when I am actually sitting at the computer and get the mail immediately, they are gone. I just don't understand how that can happen.

Could it be that your clock is one hour off? I bought the Treo in March and I still don't have this feature set up. Maybe tonight?

Hey guys i had the exact same questions about the e-mails.I use adelphia and talked to the tech guy about it and what i found out was interesting.

They said bellsouth, adelphia and anyone else are on networks and the delivery of an e-mail from the time it is sent depends on the volume and traffic on the network at any given time.

So in a nutshell what this means is from the time they send it to you you could get it in 5 minutes or in 3hours depending on the congestion.

The only way to guarantee you would get them all is to stay on there site and hit reload and accept and i believe that is what alot of people do.I know people do this with eml and then usually the ones you get in the e-mail are the ones that didn't get accepted.

It was eye opening to learn that your e-mailsent to you is not delivered to your inbox right away.
