I received an order to do an interior BPO for a listing from Greenlink. The e-mail said the lockbox combo would be a 4-didget numerical. I get there and the lockbox is alphabetical. I tried some of the common codes, but none of them worked. If anyone knows what code Horizonmsi/Greenlink uses, please e-mail me and let me know what it could be. Thanks!

Don't think I've seen an alpha one for Greenlink. Maybe also try their people that do the trash outs & re-key. I think it's Cypress, or something like like that.

Leslie,
I currently have a Horizon (Greenlink) listing. I have emailed you a code.
OOPS! I only have a 4 digit numerical, so my help won't help! Sorry.
HORIZON's national property preservation vendor, depending on what state you are in, is either Cyprexx Services or Safeguard Properties.

Thanks so much for the help! I did finally get the code - Fidelity had the property before, so it was a Fidelity code. Gotta love those AM's that don't reply to e-mail or check their voicemail! Thanks again!

Good. Was wondering what was going on as Horizon is very predictable.
One thought for the future. Most of these companies use the same one or two keys. Always try your REO keys first. I find that about 80% of the time, one of them fits. So I always have them on my key chain.

Those of you who have worked with horizon, i hope you can answer this for me... I received an email from Horizon today outlining their reimbursement procedures for their REO properties. Is this a standard email you get, like from being signed up on greenlink?

Probably, I got one today too. Are you signed up with them as an REO agent?

Likely all of us registered with them received the email.....probably just one of those blanket emails to remind us all to get those expense reimbursements in on time. Glad to see this post as I thought maybe it was just me getting a little reminder for not getting stuff in on time.

You are special - we all have to be special in some way to be able to handle the headaches of REOs!

So I go to this property today, and the lock box is gone! After I spent the weekend & the first half of the week trying to get the lockbox code, I finally get it 2 days before the BPO is due, now I guess they are changing the locks. The deadbolt is gone, and the knob was locked, but the door didn't latch so it wasn't secure anyway. I open the door, and the lockbox is inside on the floor, still attached to the old doorknob, no locksmith or anyone else there....I'm having a really bad week.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
