I've read some old posts regarding this company which generates buyer/seller leads for a fee. Nothing good in the old posts. Does anyone have any current experience with this company???

I have considered signing up with them also. The fee is pretty high but they do advertise a lot. RealtyTracker has been used as a reference in local newspapers providing foreclosure rate statistics.

Steele - how many "bad" leads do you think you get compared to the good ones through RealtyTRac? It seems like I get either
fake phone numbers/emails or surprised people when I call them cause they didn't know they were signing up to get a phone call or someone interested in getting a $500,000 house for $100,00 through a foreclosure.
Everytime I think of cancelling, another lead comes through and I think "this is the one"..but it never is.
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
