I think any courses or program your Broker offers are beneficial. I have benefited most from classes surrounding the purchase contract and agency. Knowing the contract up and down, inside and out is crucial.
On a similar note, I am taking GRI classes. There is a ton of good info to learn at these. Alot of people think designations are "fluff". I subscribe to the thought that learning as much about your trade and your chosen field is beneficial..How can it not be? The GRI stuff I have learned is stuff that I really think they should teach you before you even get a license. We spent two days covering the Code of Ethics. We spent two days on the contract, two days on agency...its not fluff at all.
Learn as much as you can. It will help keep you out of court, it will help your business and your extra knowledge will definitely help your clients.
