I have been doing BPO's EMortgagelogic (under my brokers login) and am now changing brokers. I tried to register with them under my own information and my new broker, and they rejected my app. because an agent with my new broker is already registered. Only one agent per address! I have never heard of a BPO company having this rule. Has anyone else run into this problem? Do you know any way around this rule? I hate to lose my EML income!

I posted a recent question on the same topic. See http://www.agentsonline.net/cgi-bin/bbs/ultimatebb.cgi/topic/8/2465.html. Here's the response I got back from EML. "You can have more than one agent in the office doing bpo's for our company but they would all have to work under that one profile."

This must be a relatively new rule. There used to be three agents registered with them from my office, but one left and wanted to come back and she was told the same thing.

Have you considered trying to partner with the other agent on them? If you take turns trying to grab them, maybe you can get enough to make it worth while. Your other options are a differant broker, a brokers license and go out on your own and the last is to say bye-bye EML.
I sincerely wish you the best of luck! \:\)

Does anyone get that much work from them? I dont know how many they have in my area as everytime I have searched work nothing is ever available. They have emailed me about 3 different ones and I just took one for the first time. It was form Z. Wasnt that hard but some of the items they ask for on there I thought were out of line for the type of BPO. There system was also very slow and it took me about 3 times as long to complete the bpo. Had to have tons of photos also. The pay was 70 or 80 if completed soon enough. To stay on topic now. I agree with Bards response except would that work since they are gonna think the other agent is doing them? Have you tried emailing someone there to see if they can help? Good luck!
