Does LFS issue listings?

No.

LFS USED TO GIVE LISTINGS MANY YEARS AGO, NOW ITS HARD TO EVEN GET A BPO FROM THEM. WE SOLD SOME PROPETIES FOR THEM AND HVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM IN YEARS... ANYBODY KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM????

We just received a BPO from them and payment came in less than 10 days.

I had 6 orders from them last month and have already been paid and have 4 so
far this month -reps always nice when I talk to them even paid me a trip fee for a canceled order but before last month I did not get a single order from the point they all merged into 1 site

I have sent them my info twice to register and I haven't heard anything back from them as of yet... We'll see I guess...

Has anyone noticed how many newbies have been around here lately? I've noticed a lot of new people politely asking for websites and other related questions the last few days. Has retail real estate really got that bad?

Not in my neck of the woods. The retail market is booming!! Personally, I can't wait to see who replys first to the List of BPO/REO companies thread!!

Real estate is going pretty good in my area, but the foreclosure rates are definately rising and I think many agents are starting to notice this and want to throw their hats into the ring. With the way the economy is going, I think FC's will continue to increase and conventional sales will slow down over the next few years, that's why so many are eager to be established in this specialty. the problem is that so few getting started have a clue how much more goes into marketing REO, and really are not well-equipped for the task.
As for LFS, i'm signed up, but have had no work from them yet. I have 4 in pre-list with other companies, and have been turning down BPOs lately because there's not enough time to get to them all, but if any new companies send me something, i will do my best to get established with them as well!

California is still booming. We handled REO's in the mid to late 1990's and I am seeing more and more of them so thought we would slip back in. We are not newbies to the BPO/REO business, but newbies to the site. For the newbies to the BPO/REO business, it's not easy but can be rewarding if you can handle it. Good luck!! Speaking of LFS, I got my first BPO request from them just minutes ago. This is actually my first BPO request I received since I have gotten back in to doing them (2 weeks of signing up with various companies). Make it a GREAT Day!!

Yes they do. I received one from them last summer. It went smoothly and all was reimbursed. Havent had one since though.

Hey Allen Team...congratulations. I, too, had left the foreclosure business for awhile. Actually, about a year to move back to Ohio to help care for my dad. I got back in about a year ago and doing well.
