I question whether flaunting some of these designations can be counter-productive.
Hearing that a CDPE means that you specialize in distressed properties may cause "some" retail Sellers to conclude that they don't want their property to be handled by you or grouped with a bunch of boarded-up foreclosures because the simple association will tend to pull down their values.
So overall, it could cost you more than just the obvious $99.00.
