For all of you out there who are brave enough to take Ocwen listings (I'm not), what is their average response time to purchase offers? I just submitted an offer for a buyer and the listing agent wouldn't even give me a ballpark timeframe. 10 days? 3 weeks? never?

Usually when it first gets listed, they won't respond for 10 days. I listed one Ocwen property and I had answers to my offers within 24 hours.

I was told the response time is 3-4 days. Depends on the AM.

I've only listed a couple of Ocwen properties, but both of my AMs responded quickly. Never more than 24 hours.

I've had a couple of listing with them and it can vary greatly. They switch Asset Managers sometimes, and you don't always know right away. I have had them switched 3 times just during redemption, and then again after it was listed, so you always have to keep track of who currently has it or else you won't get a response. If you keep on them though, you usually can get a decent response time. But as with anyone, it depends on how well the AM works.

We do a lot of work with Ocwen. Our experience is that response time totally depends on the AM. One took almost 10 days to respond which really hurts with a quick closing. Most of ours respond within 24 hours.
