did a bpo for cc on a certain property address. got an email that bpo was done on wrong property. email back that court house records show right address , but wrong property owner--went back to court house & property owned had moved to new address, but was still using his old address (the one that cc was wanting bpo) finally got all things right with cc and correct bpo done on right address. cc sent payment for resubmitting bpo,, but they have not sent me any more orders. please advise on this. :rolleyes:

You screwed up. Don't complicate things too much, it seems like you have no clue what you are doing. Please stop providing anymore BPO services.

Well, for one you can just call or e-mail them asking how your standing is with them. I am not to clear on what you posted, but seems like they gave you wrong address. Not 100% your fault. Things happen all the time and if you notify companies and let them know what is happening, that will count for a lot. I would not worry to much about it. Right now CC seems to be a little slow. I am assuming your talking about Clear Capital? If so you could just be missing the request that go through the internet. Remember they do not always make it to the e-mail notification part.

I'm not quite sure from your post - did you do the BPO on the address they gave you? I'm trying to figure out if it was your mistake or CC's. Even if it was your mistake, I wouldn't get too worried about it. Everyone makes mistakes. CC is the least consistant company that I have ever worked for in terms of giving me work. I've had months with lots of orders from them but I can go for months without an order.

I would call Clear Capital to find out how my internal rating is. If the rating is without problems, sit tight for more orders; however, if your rating shows issues, explain to them your side of things so they can clear things up.

cc gave me the address which was wrong address & they call me to redo with pay on new address

It happens.I always make sure if the name does not match the address i call the bpo company for clarification.Some of the time they send the wrong address or i have also seen it where they say the address is in for instance cherokee county but it is in fact right across the line in another county.Sometimes a subdivision or development crosses over different counties.

Bottom line anytime there is a discrepancy spend a few minutes clarifying with the am company instead of doing alot of work for nothing or doing it twice for the same pay.

I usually wait until the next day to do mine.I have had it happen also where the am assigned bpo's only to call back 5 hours later and say there customer ordered a batch of bpo's from the wrong sampling and they canceled the orders.

I have a property in prelist that has the wrong house #'s on it according to AM and county. I ran the owners name through the DMV and it has his DL address as the incorrect house number, same with dex.

We get wrong street numbers, wrong names, and wrong street names all the time here. I REALLY love the ones that come in with an address that's a PO Box. When in doubt, send a clarification request before going out.

Sounds like the mistake was theirs and not yours so you shouldn't have a problem if the BPO was solid.

I've even had the wrong city on one from CC. I knew the street name and subdivision as I had sold several properties there. I just called CC and told them I'd be happy to fax/e-mail a copy of the tax assessor data sheet for the subject property and all was well.

I've had fun with 911 address updates (or lack thereof)! This makes for an exciting afternoon of in car research!

CC should not have given you a bad rating unless you constantly turn in erroneous BPO's.

up until this, cc had rated all my work as great, guess I set & wait and see what happens. unless there is some other advise as to what to do- thanks
