I find it ironic that many companies request extensive comments that ultimately can't help but be opinion/editorial. I have been held up for "canned" comments and it was me being as generic as possible to avoid violating Fair Housing.

Speaking of Church.....I once used a comp that was located on Free Church Road. I had to change the comp because of the word church. No Lie!!

If it was a good comp, I would just have changed the name of the street to "Free House of Worship Road."

I had one last year where the owners appearantly operated a mechanic shop in their front yard. Car engine hanging from a tree, 50 little tikes toys scattered allover the place, empty beer cans, torn screens, talls weeds, toddlers clothed in nothing but diapers, owners ain't got no teeth - you get the picture. I couldn't think of anything to say but "Evict of the owners, tear it down and start new" as a marketing strategy. I was honest! QC didn't let me get away with it though, so I changed it to "minimally maintained, clear out front yard to add curb appeal".

If I see you lurking around my place again ... I'm letting the Pit Bulls of there chains ..
