I like the fact your quote form is very visible, and the menu makes it very clear for the visitors where to go to on your website.

However, I the website was probably made on a very low budget, and it also has a low-budget feel. And the text on the homepage was definitely made for search engines and not humans (same goes with the title - keyword stuffing not a great ideea).

Very clean and the focus is drawn to the large "San diego property management quote" button. I like it!

Like it - but found that there is quite a lot of dense text on the first page. Perhaps could do with a photo or two?

I agree with home boy about the dense text. Try to break it up into smaller chunks.

I disagree on the photo as I think it may clash with what you've got going on there and ruin the minimalist aspect of it.

Other than that I think it's a lovely, clean website.

Simple and clean, with a clear call to action. I like it.

Do you have to pay monthly for the website? Am I able to create a website that people can place their information on for free? Or is it best for a monthly fee? Any ideas would help.

Looks good. I like it, but a little bare.

I would suggest that you give people that visit a reason to give you their contact information. Some sort of offer that entices them to fill out your form so you can follow up with the prospect.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however.
