If you could automate your entire BPO business what would you automate?

I know for me..

My problem is BPOS take to long to do for too little pay..
BPO mills taking advantage of me and other realtors

Being able to accept orders as if I was there without using software and cheating the system or other agents

I know for me if I had an auto fill software that actually work and fill out the entire form not just part of it.

Outsourcing some of the data entry overseas while still meeting the clients needs..

I think everyone would be on the same page to say they take too much time for the pay however volume speaks wonders. There are many agents and teams that simply survive from BPO business.

I think once again...greed has reared its ugly head...how can we beat the system...If "we" are to personally take the photo, pull the comps, do the data entry and submit the report...then do it...or find another way to "make money"...then there will be more than enough work for "me" ... so get out of my way...Im a one person show...and only take on what "I" can complete...I set no goals...I only need what I have today...and what tomorrow will bring...

I guess its sort of human nature to at times want to do less and get more, but bottom line remains, if you feel something is more work then compensation then its not really time to outsource or automate but instead find another line of work.

I would automate my response to companies trying to sell me automation systems so I wouldnt be spammed by them

Walking to the mailbox to pickup checks is become awfully tedious too...hopefully they can automate that, ya I know companys have direct deposit but thats just too much paperwork.

Oh man-- I would love it if all of my providers had direct deposit.....what a beautiful thought.

Prompt Payment with Direct Deposit, say within 48 hours of QC approval. That would rock.

Seconding the direct deposit - especially now that the post office is considering a slower delivery to save costs.

That would be awesome. Some companies do use direct deposit like RELS, Ocwen, Equitrax.

I really don't think it's really just a cost thing. I think it's a way for them to have more control and delay paying agents as much as possible.

It would be great if all companies paid direct deposit...

I agree, direct deposit would make some of these mediocre companies, slightly more desirable. In the past month or so, PT has become the worst in reliability. There system shows pay date on the 6th of this month, but as of the 16th....no check
