Starting yesterday I'm getting that horizontal bar stating "to help protect your security, IE has blocked this website from displaying content with security certificate errors. Click here for options".
As far as I know it's only happening on the Agents Online site. No changes on my end.

I am not seeing that here. You shouldn't be seeing it either. A security certificate is what makes a secure payment server secure. Such an error would be something that would happen on a page where payment was processed and the url used "https" instead of "http".

Have you checked your computer for spyware?

Humm, that's weird then. Actually I did rum Malwarebytes full scan last night and do so every now and then. I try to keep things secure, clean and functional. Rarely have issues.
You mention sites with "secure payment server", whatever that is. The only thing I did sort of like that was some Ebay / Paypal activity about a week or so ago.
I still have that bar at the top now as I type. Thanks for the quick reply though. Maybe it'll right itself.

I am not sure exactly what you mean but PayPal is secure payment server for example. You now have a new toolbar? That is probably what is generating the errors.

Ran MSE for a full scan. It didn't find anything but the problem seems to be corrected. Darn computers.
