CaliRealtor Member Registered: 01/27/10 Posts: 45 Loc: California	Just got off the phone with a guy from this company, BankerREO, after receiving a sign up email from them days ago. They say they are working for over 150 lenders/banks and there is no one in my coverage area- of 8 zip codes, to provide them with BPO/listing work. He also said they retain 70% of their BPO's with a 5-6% commission. He sent me a BPO order while on the phone. So, my question is - - Has anyone actually paid the 1 time fee of $349 and gotten more than 1 BPO from it? Leery of paying given some things I have read here but want any opinions I can get. REO Magnet Member Registered: 02/19/08 Posts: 197 Loc: Los Angeles	I've never heard of anyone receiving any listings, and I've read a lot on them. It appears that they're also the same people that promised many agents listings through Absolute REO. Don't pay.

I am fine paying monthly fees but 349.00 up front is a lot of money. Its kind of funny that the reputable companies either dont charge at all or they charge a small monthly fee but other companies want money up front or want to sell us a "list" of asset managers etc.

Contact both companies for a refund and then contact your credit card company to file a complaint. I've read that many other agents have received a credit on their accounts.

BPOGuru Junior Member Registered: 03/17/12 Posts: 6 Loc: US	Got a call last night to join Banker REO (good thing I saw this thread before I joined) and they said they had BPO's in my area and pay $75 each and I would be getting the listing once they had it in their posession. They also mentioned that they pay for all the repairs, trash out, utilities, etc. Seems pretty enticing but I'm alway $349 richer! Has anyone ever received a listing or BPO and got paid for it?

If you told him you were an experienced on his way he was...wanted only newbies. Which there were a lot!
