Sounds like it would many times more difficult to properly train a recruiter, and far more important to get it done right, as you're still going to be vicariously responsible for whatever the Recruiter told these new Agents . . . . long after you've paid them for their services and they're gone from the scene.
When it comes to explaining your company policies, commission structure, production quotas (if any), office procedures, territories, listing standards . . . . I'd imagine these are among the last things that you can contract out. Every company is a bit different.
And who really can explain this business except an actual Licensee. And if they're going to be licensed with someone in order to explain the procedures/policies/benefits, and if it's not with your Agency . . . . then who?
