Great stuff, everybody!

I had no idea that some agents actually compare their production to the production of others, and actually identify them by name-- per some of the examples related. How awful. What on earth prompts that type of behavior. I thought my example was rare!

"I list and sell more Snickering Pines homes than the following agents..." Horrible!
