I'm having problems with DocuSign, anyone else?


Also, my broker is offering annual authentesign subscriptions for about 1 month's DocuSign fee and I'm wondering if it is as good, better, worse? Anyone use it? To be honest, I really like Docusign when in works and I'm not sure if saving $100 year is worth switching unless it is 100% equivocally as good.

What problems are you having with the Docusign? I'm primarily a buyer's agent so have been thinking of getting signed up with one of these things.

docusign is a dream come true. the only problem i have with it is it doesn't work on my ipad and it is bugging in any browser other than ie.

does authentesign work on multiple platforms?

If you don't use it much docusign has a free edition for NAR members

Authentisign is a great esignature tool that is functional on both Mac computers using safari browser and P.Cs using I.E or FireFox (chrome coming soon)

Also, if you're using Authentisign in combination with InstanetForms Signature / initial templates are automatically applied to the typed up forms: excellent time saver!

Docusign does not let me upload documents from the ipad. It lets me upload documents from a template but not from the ipad. The document window opens up but the choose file button does not work.

This is after numerous attempts trying different variation such as cloning and starting new envelope.

and while docusign works in firefox it is very buggy and not worth the effort.
