I seem to have a string of bad luck in working with some shady people. Sweetwater Field Service is one of them. Did all these jobs on a net 30 and its already way past with no word from Richard the office manager. Also got in touch with a local real estate company located in El Sobrante Ca called Mira Vista Construction. They have plaques hanging in their office say million dollar company awards. Yet they can't seem to pay me the $4000 that's owed me. Anyone know of some honest companies for once?

Maxum enterprises has a couple of those plaques also, but he still became a millionair by NOT paying the contractors.
I had the honor of being on Terry Platt's radio show about 15 months ago and Steve Maxum was one of the guests. He asked what everyone thought he could do to be a better company, well after the other guests finished playing "nice" I merely told him "he needed to pay his contractors, and pay them on time, every time." Needless to say there was absolutely NO comeback and talk about dead air time! But, it was fun. I do have a habit of just spitting it out and telling it like it is.
