I live on a small island 10,000 people but a major tourist place in the summer. Lots of tourist buy because they want to move here and escape the cities. Most tourist (city people) have mobile phones ie iphone etc..

All the tourist hit the same spots. Just toying with the ideal of how to put semi secret QR codes around island that would show youtube videos of history of island, or show events that happen at different areas etc. The Parks have big signs and don't think they would notice for years QR code on the signs. They would probably think head office put them up.

I really don't get off island much and really want to know if anyone has seen this done and how they did this.
