Go to GaryDavidHall.com. He is a "tester", and studies all the major CRM systems. If you tell him what your CRM needs are, he can tell you the good, bad, and ugly of them. I actually have him helping me now to make a decision to stay with TP, or move to another system.

IXACT Contact is a really great web-based CRM that's easy to use and specifically designed for realtors. In fact, it's one of the system's Gary David Hall reccomends. Some of it's features include drip marketing, Smartphone Wireless Syncronization, and Activity Plans. They offer a 5-week free trial on their website - IXACT Contact .

I'm a big fan of HighRise.... http://www.highrisehq.com.
Made by 37signals, who also makes BaseCamp, a project management program I use too, to manage tasks amongst my team.
Best of luck!
Bryan

this website has the top 5 CRM for real estate. I would suggest looking at these and then looking further into them.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
