Back in July 2005 A successful Broker from Boston bought a house across from a friend of mine in a nice beach community south of Boston for $312K. Never moved in or used it.Puts in on the market 2 months later for $315K. Off and on the market several times. Goes under agreement Sept 2010. Never closes. MLS still shows it as UAG. But the bank foreclosed this November.

Googled her name. Saw a news article about her and her husband, a successful Boston attorney. Story states that they own 14 condos and seven houses.

Just saw it listed in MLS. Bank took it in November. Agent does not list it as Bank Owned but she does say it is an excellent condo alternative. No it isn't, it's a single family home.

Didn't want to start a new topic because this seems strange also. Working on a BPO. Subject sold in 2002 for 187K while market was starting to rise. Then after the bubble burst sold for 280K in 2007. Assessed for 200K. Nothing special about the house. Just a typical colonial on .39ac lot. No garage or other amenities.
