Has anyone heard of Relay? It's currently being offered through our MLS system Matrix and looks pretty slick for transaction management. Anyone?

The only bad thing about them is:They control your database i.e. REO Maestro...it is a web driven software, I would like to own my information not the software provider.

I have recommended REO Maestro before and I will do it again. I am up to over 350 properties and could not have done it without this software application. I checked them all out and they have it all. http://www.reomaestro.com

REO Maestro is not "web driven". you load it on your computer, but it somehow connects to the internet and works like its web drive. you get to pick where you store your forms, pictures, bpo's, contracts, etc. I keep them on my own server.

Actually part of it is web driven.

I have been using WinREO.net for a few months. We have many REO listings, and it is a good one. More functionality than Maestro, and a better price.

I have started using my reo office and so far it works well. I am having trouble keeping all my tasks straight for fannie - since there is no task list with them, and it has helped out big time. Cheap too.

I use ebrokerhouse.com for alot of things, inventory control, reimbursements, contacts, offers and now we are imputting our buyers and using it for "inventory" for the buyer's agents on our team. It really is developing into being a very powerful tool AND it's reasonable, less than $400 a year.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
