I'm hesitant to put this out, but I'm concerned. I'm a somewhat satisfied user, IE it works, but.....it's not perfect and I have haven't heard from them in a while. At this point, Form fill is not functional, the temporary fix doesn't look to temporary and not to great, the mention of the "next few days" is not heartening. Has anybody spoken to her, is there a prognosis?

I would puit this in the public forum Mike...may get more views, do not know if she is on the private forum. I emailed her a couple of months ago with questions about the program, never received a reply. That made my decision on whether to buy or not an easy decision.

Mike, is there something going on with them? I just loaded forms for 3 different companies, no issues.

Okay, I get it, I just downloaded the update and now the bpo automation suite isn't working...bummer

I got an e-mail from tech support about this issue. For me it was saying that I had exceeded my installation number. They sent me this.

1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\BPO Automation Group\Suite Pro

2. Double click on TurboActivate to launch the activation program manually.

3. Select Re-Type License Key

4. Put in your BPOA Suite License key and click Next.

Worked for me.
