One of my GSE REOs went into a lease option status with this franchisor company under ProTAFA being assigned. Has anyone had any experience with this company or any of their franchisee?

Yes. They managed one of my Fannie Mae properties that the tenants stayed in. While the manager of the local branch was not someone I cared for, the assistant that I dealt with for inquiries was very kind and pleasant. Although you always had to leave and message and wait up to 24 to get a response.

Real Property in Utah forgot to submit a 1093 for some repairs they were authorized to do on the property and that took several months to get sorted out. That could have been a serious problem if they wanted Fannie Mae to cut the check to the contractor and he wasn't paid in a timely manner.
